- Electronic Enrollment System
- Track new hires, terminations and changes and process with carriers
- Process all Open Enrollment changes –enrollment changes, check age limit (i.e. 26 years old), transferring, adding and deleting coverage(s), updating addresses
- Furnish final report once Open Enrollment has been completed
- Track “Statement of Health” for Voluntary Life
- Notify COBRA vendor of newly elected as well as terminated employees
- Assist with eligibility issues with providers
- Create Certificate of Credible Coverage, when needed
- Dedicated Account Manager to assist employees with any and all claim reimbursements, including but not limited to, Medical; Dental; Vision; FSA; Rx
- Research employee benefit questions / research and resolve claim issues
- Offer assistance with Short Term Disability Claims; Long Term Disability Claims; Life Insurance Claims
